AeroVehicles Inc. and Syfor are pleased to announce their strategic merger to form Aerovehicles India (P) Ltd., a new platform created to expand the global availability of Syfor’s advanced defense, cybersecurity, electronic protection and mission-critical technology solutions under the Aerovehicles Group brand.
Through this agreement, Syfor’s specialized technology portfolio will now be offered worldwide exclusively through the Aerovehicles Group’s international commercial and business development network. This includes AeroVehicles Inc., Aerovehicles Paraguay, Aerovehicles Argentina, Aerovehicles Canada, Aerovehicles Australia and Aerovehicles India, enabling a global structure for Syfor solutions across defense, security, aerospace, government, critical infrastructure and special mission markets.
